Wrinkle Relaxers
Aka. Botox / Dysport / Letybo
-
Wrinkle Relaxers, like Botox / Dysport / Letybo, are a type of cosmetic injection used to temporarily reduce the appearance of wrinkles.
-
When properly injected, it works by blocking the release of acetylcholine (a neurotransmitter that signals the targeted muscle to contract). Since the muscle stays in a relaxed state, the wrinkles created by facial expressions (contraction) smooths out. The more expressive we are, more wrinkles are formed. Over time these wrinkles become more profound. Using a wrinkle relaxer can help reduce the appearance and even prevent wrinkles.
-
Results are typically visible within a few days to a week. These results last for 2-4 months. The duration of effect may vary depending on the individual, amount injected, and type of wrinkle relaxer used.
-
You could get injected every 3-4 months, but this depends on the individual. If you have been getting a wrinkle relaxer for a long time, you will need less treatments than someone who is just starting.
From beginners to expert users, it all starts with a comprehensive consultation. This is where you can discuss a treatment plan that aligns with your goals.
-
When administered by a licensed medical professional, it is generally safe. Proper injection is key. Wrinkle relaxers are considered safe long term.
-
These may include: mild injection site discomfort, temporary weakness of treated muscles, bruising, swelling.
Less common would include: Headache, flu-like symptoms.

Bleeding disorders
Poor wound healing
Recent (2-3 weeks) since last cosmetic procedures, such as: Fillers / chemical or laser peels

Avoid rubbing site(s) or massaging the treated area(s) for 24 hours
Avoid strenuous physical activity for the 24-48 hours
Keep your head elevated for at least 4 hours post treatment

Reduce wrinkles
Improve skin appearance
Non-surgical
Results lasting 6-18 months
Reversible with hyaluronidase enzyme
-
Fillers are gel-like substances that mimics the body’s own naturally produced hyaluronic acid.
-
When properly injected into the skin, hyaluronic fillers attract water, filling in the lines and wrinkles, providing a plumping effect.
-
These may include: pain/tenderness, swelling, redness, and bruising. All are temporary.
Rare side effects may include: Infection, Granuloma formation (lumps), and allergic reaction (extremely rare)
-
HA filler can last anywhere from 6-18 months. The type of filler and location it is used plays a role in duration.

Yes, we can help dissolve the hyaluronic acid filler with Hyaluronidase. This is an enzyme that will help breakdown the hyaluronic acid.
Filler can always be dissolved …
Hyaluronidase
This is an example of HA filler under the dermis being dissolved using the enzyme hyaluronidase
What about boosting your skins hydration…?
Benefits:
Deep hydration with hyaluronic acid, which will bind with water to maintain skin hydration
Improve skin tone, texture and elasticity
Help reduce the appearance of fine lines
Gentle on the skin, even if you are prone to acne
Can help with those who suffer from eczema
Skin boosters typically last about 6 months

Biostimulators
These are substances (either yours from your body or synthetic) professionally injected into the skin with the purpose of stimulating the body’s natural collagen production process.
This helps achieve: improved skin texture, firmness, reduce wrinkles and fine lines, enhance volume !
Biostimulators are fantastic if you are seeking a more natural-looking result
Collagen is the most abundant protein in the body.
It makes up your skin, hair, nails, joints, etc.
Collagen acts like glue by keeping things pulled together and working properly.
It can slow the signs of aging, aids in hydration, produces more collagen and elastin, and helps reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
-
This is a concentrate of platelets directly from YOUR blood.
This is how it works…
We perform a blood draw, the collected blood gets placed in a centrafuge (seperating the blood), we extract just the plasma… that is what we use to inject back into your skin!
Studies show there are growth factors that stimulate collagen production.
This is a great way to help stimulate your own body with your own substance.
-
These are small vesicles that contain proteins, nucleic acids, and lipids.
In aesthetics, we can use this topically.
Some benefits are:
Skin rejuvenation
Wound healing
Anti-inflammatory effects
Pigmentation regulation
… even …
Hair growth!
-
Sculptra is a PLLA (Poly-L-Lactic Acid) Biostimulator
This works gradually releasing lactic acid around the injection site triggering collagen production.
Sculptra can potentially be injected anywhere in the body.
-
Ellanse is a PCL (Polycaprolactone) Biostimulator
This type provides both volume and collagen stimulation.
-
Radiesse is a CaHA (Calcium hydroxylapatite) Biostimulator
This type provides immediate volume and stimulates collagen production over time.
-
PDO (Polydioxanone) is a ‘non-filler’ biostimulator.
They are made of biodegradable polymers that is reabsorbed by the body over time.
These polymer threads, when properly inserted, trigger the body’s natural healing process.
Activation of fibroblasts = Neocollagenesis
YES, new collagen production, elastin, and other components that help maintain skin firmness, elasticity, and texture.
Another benefit is creating a more lifted effect, which help reposition sagging skin.
MICRONEEDLING
aka. Collagen induction therapy
Microneedling is a mechanical method to stimulate the body’s natural healing process.
This is minimally invasive cosmetic procedure that involves using fine needles to create tiny punctures in the skin.
This can improve skin texture, tone, and reduce appearance of wrinkles, scars and other skin concerns.
An added benefit of creating tiny punctures to the skin, this allows for near perfect penetration of topical products to enter.
Properly performed, this can enhance your desired results.
Can combine treatment with:
PRP
Exosomes
Other medical grade serums
Intramuscular (IM)
Injections
MICC Shot
MICC (Methionine, Inositol, Choline, Cyanocobalamin) ← these are lipotropic compounds that work together to metabolize fat cells and remove stored fat deposits in the liver and body.
This injection is ideal for someone who is currently dieting. This injection can help increase energy levels while experiencing better cognitive function during their diet program.
MICC injections have been used successfully in combination with with weight loss programs for over 30 years.
